When will my order ship? 

Our current processing time is UP TO 2 WEEKS (but we try and get them out as fast as we can). Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and should expect to receive your items within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail. 


What if I need my order sooner? 

If you require your items sooner than our current processing and shipping time allows for, please use our contact form to reach out to us to see if we can accommodate a "rush order" depending on your date needed. All rush orders are subject to a $10 processing fee in addition to any shipping charges. 


What happens if my bow or charm clip comes apart?  

Our products are guaranteed 100%, so if any of your accessories come apart please use our contact form to reach out to us or email us at and we will be more than happy to take care of you! 


How do I choose between RIGHT SIDE CLIP and LEFT SIDE CLIP? 

If you choose to have your bow attached to a hair clip, you will have two options to choose from: right side clip or left side clip. You will want to select the side of your child's head you want the bow to be worn on, not the side when you are facing your child. 


For example: if your little one's hair swoops to the right, then you will want to select the right side clip option and visa versa. 


Can I combine my orders? 

We will always try our best to accommodate this request however, due to the volume of orders we receive, we may not be able to do so. Please reach out to us using our contact form and include your order numbers within 24 hours of placing your first order and we will try our best to ship them together. 


( We typically will go over all orders from each day and if we see multiple orders within 1 day, we will automatically combine them and refund the extra shipping charges ) 


Can I make any changes to my order once it is placed?

Due to the volume of orders we receive, we cannot add items to an existing order. 


If you'd like to purchase an additional item, you will have to place another order. 


If a shipping address change is necessary, please fill out our contact form and include your order number and correct mailing address within 24 hours of placing your order. 


Do you offer any coupons or discounts?

We offer a rewards program that you can sign up for by creating a store account where you can earn discounts or store credits to use on a future purchase.
